About this event
- Start the day at the BMW CCA Headquarters for a chapter picnic starting at noon. Enjoy the cookout, the cars and the people. Then at 3:30 head over to the Performance Center for a few hours of Autocross. Mike Renner is setting up a special course for us. We should be finished up at about 8pm or so.
- You must be a BMW CCA member. You can join at the CCA website- www.bmwcca.org
- Our price for this event is $42. We hold the number of driver registrations to 40 people in order to provide a high quality driving experience. All registrations past the first 40 will be waitlisted.
- There may be more than one driver per car, but each driver MUST register individually. Please let us know on your registration if there are two drivers in one car so we can split you into different run-groups.
- You need to be sure that your car is in good working order with properly inflated tires, everything is cleaned out of the interior and trunk, and you must have a Snell SA2015 rated helmet or newer. Day-of-the-event driver check in, signing of waivers, and "tech inspections" for the cars will start at 4 p.m. The driver's meeting will start shortly thereafter. Please be on-time as the event cannot start until these things are complete. The event typically lasts until dark. The event runs rain or shine. Driver's meeting is mandatory.
- BMW or MINI only. Convertibles are allowed

Event requirements
Credit card will be charged September 1, 2025- No refunds.
You will recieve a follow up email about a week prior to the event. It will include a tech sheet that will need to be completed and turned in at check in. We will not have blank forms at the performance center!!! You will also recieve a link to sign the BMW Performance Center liability waiver. You will sign our waiver at check in.
