Saturday Morning Convoy: Carbahn to Winslow BMW
Don't miss this opportunity to participate in a Chapter-led drive alongside one of the industry’s most respected engine builders and tuners. Join Steve Dinan and fellow RMC members for a coordinated group drive from Carbahn Motorsports to Winslow BMW. This convoy offers a structured route from Denver to Colorado Springs, departing from Carbahn’s performance facility and concluding at the dealership in time for Winslow BMW's PreRace to the Clouds Car Show event.
Registration will be limited to 45 cars. Walk-up registration is not allowed for this event.
Highway legal cars are welcome; there are no car make or model restrictions.
Morning Schedule (Saturday, June 20)

7:00 AM: Arrival and check-in at Carbahn Autoworks. Please arrive with a full tank of fuel.

7:45 AM: Driver’s briefing and route overview.

8:00 AM: The caravan will leave Carbahn no later than 8:00am, to maintain the safety and coordination of the convoy, we ask that all participants follow the lead vehicle’s pace and instructions throughout the drive
If your plans change and you can no longer join the convoy, please notify us as soon as possible so we can admit anyone who may have joined a waitlist.
Important Notice: This registration is for the coordinated convoy only. It does not include registration for the Pre-Race Car Show at Winslow BMW. Participation in the car show requires a separate registration and a $45 entry fee. If you do not want to participate in the car show you do not need to register you may attend as a spectator for free.

Please bring water, snacks, clothing, and other necessities to keep both people and cars happy at high altitudes in Colorado.
Attendance Verification To ensure all spots are utilized, a confirmation request will be emailed to all registrants 72 hours before the event. You must respond to this email to confirm your attendance. If a response is not received within 24 hours of the request, your spot will be forfeited and offered to the next member on the waitlist.

Waitlist: Once the registration limit is reached, additional members will be placed on a waitlist and notified in the order they registered if spots become available.
Media Participation & Image Removal Policy
As the Rally Drive is held in a public venue, attendees and/or their vehicles may be captured in photographs or video recordings. By participating, you acknowledge that the Rocky Mountain Chapter may use this content in official club media, including our website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Removal Requests: We respect the privacy of our members. If you find a published image or video of yourself or your vehicle that you would like removed, you have the right to submit a formal request. Please provide the specific details of the media in writing to registrar@rmcbmwcca.org. Our team will review and process your request for removal from chapter-controlled digital platforms in a timely manner.
